Connect your private Google Sheet on each device to load your students. New and edited clients are saved to the connected sheet. Refresh loads the current client list from your sheet, including deletions.

Add a client to your dashboard first, then use + to schedule their sessions.
Choose a time slot to book a class. Booked slots show initials and session number. Send confirmations from the client’s Actions button.

Dim / Undim — Student Portal
Turn each item on or off for everyone. Dimmed items cannot be opened from the portal. Examinations use one shared folder password and do not need dim/undim.

Fill in the client details. Student Portal file and test access is controlled by the shared switches on the dashboard.
